LiDAR-Powered Precision for Asphalt Paving.

Roadtronix is a compact LiDAR-based system that mounts directly to an asphalt paver. Unlike conventional point-based sensors, it captures thousands of measurements across the road surface many times per second. 

This continuous stream of surface information provides an accurate basis for adjusting asphalt thickness during paving, giving crews better control over material placement and helping deliver smoother, more consistent roads.

Intelligent Filtering

Active paving sites are constantly changing, with workers, vehicles, equipment and roadside features moving around the paver.

Roadtronix automatically filters these temporary objects from the measurement data, helping the system remain focused on the true surface profile rather than reacting to momentary disturbances.

This helps maintain stable, consistent control without unnecessary corrections during paving.

This reduces manual handling and simplifies deployment, allowing crews to get up and running quickly.

Adjustable Scan Length up to 20m

Different paving conditions require different measurement behaviour. Roadtronix allows scan length to be adjusted in real time to suit different paving conditions, from tight, constrained environments to long, open runs.

Best suited for curves, intersections, urban roads, and other constrained environments where layout and conditions vary.
